I forgot my password. How do I ask for a new password?Go to the login page and click "Forgot your password" link. A new temporary password will be sent to your e-mail address. After you confirm it via the verification link in your e-mail, you can change your password.

I forgot my Username. How can I retrieve it?To retrieve your email address, please contact us at membership@aospine.org.

How do I change my e-mail address?After your successful login, click "Profile"/"Change e-mail/Log-in" at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Don't forget to check your inbox and confirm your new e-mail address within the next 24 hours.

How do I know if I am an AO Spine member?
If you are not 100% sure of your membership status, log in to your account. On your dashboard, you should be able to see under the "Your Privileges" section whether you're an AO Spine user (free registered user, with no membership benefits) or a have Member/Member Plus membership package.
If you are a AO Spine User, you can purchase a membership package in just a couple of seconds directly through the dashboard - click on the "BECOME A MEMBER" link on the top-right.

What is my dashboard?It is your personal profile page where you can edit your details and renew or cancel your membership subscription. Here you will find also all the direct links to the membership benefits, such as the Global Spine Journal, video hub etc.

How do I become an AO Spine member?
To join the AO Spine community, you need to purchase a membership package from your dashboard.
If you don't have an AO Spine login, first create a new user account following this link. Once you confirm your account and have access to your dashboard, you can become a member by clicking on the "BECOME A MEMBER" link on the top-right of the page and following the instructions. It is very easy!

How can I renew my membership?
Just log in to your dashboard and renew or upgrade your membership as follows:
- Click "Become a member/AOSPINE" on top right after log-in and follow the instructions.
- Click "Profile/My Profile" on top right after log-in, click "My Membership(s)" and follow the instructions.
- From your dashboard, scroll down to "Settings" and, either click "I want to… Renew or Upgrade My Membership" or, click your membership under "My Memberships."

Where can I access my member benefits?After you log in to your profile page, the benefits are listed under the "Your Privileges" section with clickable links.

I cannot access my member benefits.
You are clicking on an active link (blue) and nothing happens? With older versions of Internet Explorer, some of the links may not work. Please update your browser to the latest version or use Google Chrome or Firefox.

How do I get my membership certificate?You can find the membership certificate on your dashboard, under "Settings"/"Print Membership Certificates''.

Am I notified about my membership before expiry?Yes, AO Spine uses e-mail notifications to inform its members about membership expiration. This gives you enough time to renew your membership with AO Spine and maintain continuous access to the member-exclusive privileges.
Payments

How much does a membership package cost?
The yearly membership fee is CHF 100 for the AO Spine Member package and CHF 230 for the AO Spine Member Plus package. For a two-year subscription, we are offering a discount of 10%.
We offer discounted prices for students and residents (upon proof), and doctors from low income countries. A special fixed rate of CHF 20 for a one-year membership package is granted to doctors from low-income countries. Check all the discounts available here.
*Low income countries are based on the World Bank list.

How can I pay my membership fee?
Log into your AO Spine profile, select "Become a Member" and be directed through a simple payment guide. AO Spine offers its members a variety of payment options:
- Online credit card payment
- Bank transfer

Why won't my credit card work?
We accept all major credit cards. Nevertheless, it could be that your credit card company or bank provider has restrictions on international purchases. If your credit card does not work, please contact your provider to make sure you can make purchases in Swiss francs.

Can I pay my membership fee offline?Yes, you can request an invoice. Simply choose offline payment within the payment process.

How can I get a receipt for my membership?After logging into your AO Spine profile, you can easily download the payment receipt if your membership was paid using the online credit card option. You can find all receipts on your dashboard, under "Settings"/"View My Receipts." You can save the file as PDF on your computer or print it out.
