AO Trauma Advanced course for ORP: Operative Versorgung der traumatisierten Wirbelsäule

Das AO Trauma CH ORP Faculty-Team hat am 20./21.03.2024 mit großem Erfolg einen hochkarätigen ORP Advanced Kurs zum Thema "Die Traumatisierte Wirbelsäule für OP Fachpersonen" im renommierten DPS Center in Zuchwil veranstaltet.
Mit einer beeindruckenden Anmeldezahl von 33 Teilnehmern aus diversen deutschschweizer Spitälern erreichte der Kurs eine Fillrate von über 90%, was zweifellos eine bemerkenswerte Resonanz darstellt und unsere Erwartungen übertraf. Bereits im Jahre 2018 erweckte das Thema Wirbelsäule ein starkes Interesse innerhalb der OP-Fachgemeinschaft, wodurch die Notwendigkeit und Relevanzdieses speziellen Kurses eindrucksvoll untermauert wurde.
Die Veranstaltung zeichnete sich durch ein facettenreiches Programm aus, das sowohl informative Vorträge, interaktive Diskussionsgruppen als auch praxisorientierte Übungen umfasste. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Übung an hochmodernen DPS-Produkte, welche den Teilnehmern ein unmittelbares und praxisnahes Erleben ermöglichten und deren Aktualität und Innovationskraft unterstrichen. Diese didaktische Vielfalt wurde von den Teilnehmern äußerst positiv aufgenommen und fand großen Anklang.
Die Faculty setzte sich aus drei engagierten Ärzten (KSGR und Insel) sowie vier erfahrenen OP-Fachpersonen (KSGR, Triemli, USZ und Thusis) zusammen, die mit fachlicher Kompetenz und begeisternder Motivation die Teilnehmer durch den Kurs begleiteten. Die hohe Interaktivität und das engagierte Interesse seitens der Teilnehmergruppe trugen maßgeblich zum Erfolg dieser Veranstaltung bei und spiegelten die Relevanz und Bedeutung des Themas für die berufliche Weiterentwicklung der OP-Fachpersonen wider.

With an impressive registration count of 33 participants from various German-speaking hospitals in Switzerland, the course achieved a fill rate of over 90%, undoubtedly demonstrating remarkable resonance and exceeding our expectations. As early as 2018, the topic of spinal injuries garnered significant interest within the operating room community, thus underscoring the necessity and relevance of this particular course.
The event featured a diverse program, encompassing informative lectures, interactive discussion groups, and hands-on practical exercises. Particularly noteworthy was the use of state-of-the-art DPS products in the exercises, providing participants with immediate and practical experiences that underscored the relevance and innovation of these tools. This multifaceted approach to learning was extremely well-received by participants and garnered significant praise.
The faculty comprised three dedicated surgeons (KSGR and Insel) and four experienced operating room professionals (KSGR, Triemli, USZ, and Thusis), who guided participants through the course with expertise and enthusiasm. The high level of interactivity and keen interest from the participant group significantly contributed to the success of the event, reflecting the importance of the topic for the professional development of operating room personnel.
