Call for applications: AO VET Asia Pacific Board Member—Education Commission

AO VET seeks highly motivated individuals to serve as AO VET Asia Pacific Board Member—Education Commission, who are committed to sharing and fostering ideas across diverse professional and cultural backgrounds. The successful applicant needs to be able to work in a multicultural environment without travel restrictions and have a visionary mindset to lead and contribute towards setting new standards, thereby establishing AO VET as a global leader in animal trauma care.

The AO VET International Board acts as the AO VET Nominating Committee and will evaluate applicants’ credentials and eligibility and establish a list of qualified candidates for election.

Who gets to cast a vote?

The electorate for AO VET officer position consists of active faculty of a respective region who:

1. were actively involved in a teaching event as Faculty or Course Chairs in the last three years (table instructors and others who did not give any lectures are excluded), and
2. have attended an FEP, and
3. are active AO VET members

The successful candidate will be announced soon after the election and will assume the position as AO VET Asia Pacific Board Member - Education Commission in July 2023.
