For the position of AO Spine Asia Pacific (AO SAP) Regional Board Chairperson, AO Spine seeks a highly motivated individual dedicated to sharing and encouraging ideas across professional and cultural boundaries. The successful applicant will lead the AO Spine Asia Pacific Regional Board. The term of elected chair starts as "Chairperson Elect" as of 1st July 2024 till 30th June 2025, continuous as “Regional Board Chairperson” from 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2028 and finishes as "Past Chair" after the term until 30th June 2030, they will serve a single three-year term as AO Spine Asia Pacific (AO SAP) Regional Board Chairperson.

All current officers of AO Spine councils and Regional Board within AP
Voting mechanism
All candidates must submit their application through the application system by Sunday, January 29, midnight (HKT).
Applications will be reviewed by the Nomination Committee, the electoral process also will then be ratified by the Nomination Committee.
- Candidates running for election have no voting right
- Each voting member has one (1) vote
The successful candidate will be confirmed and the results will be announced by the middle of March. The elected chair is expected to assume the post in from July 1, 2024.
