Dominic Gehweiler

Dr med Dominic Gehweiler completed his studies in human medicine in 2009 at the Medical Faculty of the Westphalian Wilhelm's University of Münster. Afterwards, he worked in the Laboratory of Biomechanics of the Department of Trauma-, Hand- and Reconstructive Surgery of the University Hospital Münster, where he was awarded his doctorate in 2012 and became a physician. In 2015, he became a Medical research fellow at the AO Research Institute in Davos, where he created a statistical model of the cervical spine. In 2016, he permanently joined the ARI as Project Leader in CT Imaging to devote himself full-time to research.

In addition to his medical, biomechanical and medical image processing expertise, he is proficient in several programming languages and designs printed circuit boards (PCB).
