CMF Resident Research Support
Funding for worthwhile clinical and translational CMF-oriented research projects to be performed by residents.
Application opens Summer 2024.
Prerequisites & eligibility
The resident may develop his/her own project or work on a discrete component of an established investigator’s larger research endeavor. In any case, the project when completed must be submitted for publication and presentation as a stand-alone manuscript.
Applicants are limited to one submission per individual each academic year.
The applicant’s mentor must have an active AO CMF membership.
Membership is not required for the PI.
Funding & deliverables
Maximum funding per award is $5,000. Two recipients will be awarded per year.

Selected applicants will move forward to the full application October 15, 2023.
